Phyllis occupied my rental unit for a year. During that time she also provided care for my horses and cats several days per month. She was very reliable and conscientious. I could rely on her to ask questions as needed and make suggestions to improve animal care routines. The rental unit was returned in good conditon. She would be welcome to return.
