We were new to town and didn't know anyone. To make matters more complicated, we also travel monthly. We needed someone reliable and trustworthy to tend to our tortoise and also to be trusted in our home. We found Brigitte online and upon speaking to her, we were immediately at ease. She seemed to have a lot of experience and was really knowledgeable and personable. During our trips, she would send us text messages, photos or videos of our tortoise and ensure he was always well taken care. We can attest to Brigitte’s love and curiosity to learn and interact with all species of animals. Our tortoise can sometimes have a difficult personality but he really connected with her. In the past, we’ve used professional pet sitting companies and we always felt like they stressed out our tortoise more while we were gone or did not follow our instructions carefully. We were always left somewhat disappointed with the care our tortoise was previously given. Howeve, we are incredibly comfortable with Brigette and the services she has provided. Her trustworthiness and professionalism is noteworthy as she goes above and beyond every time to meet the needs of her clients. It was with great sadness and regret that Brigitte relocated as we never found anyone who is as responsible or who cares as much as she does to sit for us again.
