Aleta lived in our apartment for a year when I had to move to a different city for work and she was the PERFECT tenant. She's clean, reliable, low-maintenance, and low-impact. While we were away, she dealt with a small internet connectivity problem and made sure to let us know when we received an important piece of mail. And when we came back... I'm not kidding when I say that the place looked better than when we left it. Everything was absolutely spotless, she had expanded and organized our spice collection, and she had replaced the one thing that broke during the year (a flimsy box grater) with a much nicer version of the same thing. You should feel 100% comfortable leaving Aleta in charge while you're away.
