Bill and Pennee Brief lived in one of our apartments for several years before they bought a house four years ago. They are quiet, hardworking people and left the apartment in beautiful condition. They often watched our two cats if we were gone on weekends. We leave every winter for several months, and they kept the driveway shoveled, saved the pipes from freezing, and kept an eye on our place. :)
