Juliet has looked after our border terrier on a number of occasions and taken him on walks. she has been aware of situations where other dogs could cause an issue and de-escalated the problem with distraction of our dog and removing him from the other dogs. i have known Juliet for nearly 30 years and have witnessed her patience and diligence when dealing with sticky situations. she remains calm and measured. she can be relied upon to be on time and is always on hand to help out without any instruction. she reads situations very easily and is aware of sensitivities of different people. she is hard working and never complains. i would trust Juliet implicitly with my horses, cats, dog and chickens. she has helped me with all of these animals and helped me administer medication when needed.
