Cat loving living as a local

I am a Full Professor at The Open University in the UK (a national university with over 150,000 students) where I have worked for over 25 years. I have known Marianna and Stephen very well for over 25 years. I have visited them many times in their home, both when they lived in Paris in the mid 1990s and for the last 23 years in Milton Keynes. I can confirm they are both extremely reliable, of excellent character, and keep both a tidy and clean household. I can also confirm personal knowledge of their ability to care for pets as I watched their first cat grow from a kitten to a ripe old age and their current cat, a 'ragdoll' type, is in excellent health and very well cared for. Both are very organised and I have observed each of them run enterprises with efficiency. Marianna, among other things, has coordinated visiting students learning English while Stephen has been a senior executive in large organisations until his recent retirement. Without risk of hyperbole, I can safely say that Stephen and Marianna are two of the most trustworthy people I have met and I have no reservations about recommending them as housesitters.
