Mr. Brantley was an excellent caretaker for us. He was in residence for three 6-month (Oct-March) periods from 2011-2014. He is vey observant of his surroundings and has excellent handyman skills if the need arises. He is very dependable, trustworthy, and I would have him back anytime. The only reason we didn't have him longer is he went on other adventures. Our situation did not include pets, so I will not comment on that aspect.
