I have known Matt Sabattini and his wife for 12+ years. Each time I have been to their home I have been quite impressed on how neat and tidy the place is. On occasion I have also stopped by unannounced and their house was always in order and immaculate. You would never know they have a cat. Even the basement is meticulous. I have house sat and babysat their cat 5 different occasions for a few weeks at a time. It was a vacation for me and a nice place away from home. I trust the Sabattini's as though they were my family. They are very responsible, law abiding and friendly and the kind of people anyone would love to have as a neighbor. They would be absolutely awesome at house sitting and pet sitting.
