We met Janice and her husband Michael when they were hired to manage our vacation condominium complex on the Oregon coast. They are gems! They are trustworthy, honest, out-going, and extremely conscientious. They also have done house sitting for us. When we are gone, we know our house is in the best possible care. What a relief it is to just hand them the key and leave, knowing they'll handle whatever situation arises. They love our dog and shamelessly pamper him, much to his delight.
