Our home is in Umina Beach, at the south end of the Central Coast. Locally, we are about a 15 minute walk (1.5km) from the dog-friendly beach, shops and restaurants in town. Umina is a very small place with a Woolworths/Coles/Aldi/BWS etc…

Responsibilities
Looking after Penny's needs is the priority. Other than that, watering a couple of plants and keeping the house clean and tidy would be appreciated. We have a fortnightly cleaner.
