We live one block from the beach in Cascais. The apartment is perfectly furnished with A/C in both upstairs bedrooms and has a washer.

Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is caring for Breck who is easy and with no medical issues. He needs three walks a day; one in the morning, a long walk around noon and one before bed. He is sweet and quickly warms up to people.
