We are Kevin, Anita and our dog Billy. We live in Rhayader a wonderful little town in rural Wales, close to the dams of the Elan Valley. We visit family in South Africa and Australia once a year.
Home & location
4 bedroomed detached house, 20 year old, gas central heating, garden. In a small town surrounded by countryside. Ideal for walking, Close to leisure centre with pool, shops, bowling club. See the Kites feeding.

Billy needs to be walked for at least anhour a day. He is usually allowed off lead in secure areas. (Big riverside park within 10 minutes of our home. Plus safe woodland 5 miles away. Petrol would be compensated.) He is very friendly and…
