Quite neighborhood walking distance from parks, bike trails, and river access. Good local eating can be found within a 5 minute drive. Not far off the 50 where you can get to the foothills or downtown within 30 minutes.

Feed dogs twice a day, let them out to go potty, two 30 minute walks ideal. Everything else in the house is set to self manage
