Introduction
My wife and I are retired and have lived in the house for 16 years. We like to travel but are somewhat restricted by the cost of caring for our dog. We live in a very comfortable warm house set in an ideal location
Home & location
House is a beach house built in the 30s. It's located on the water. We have owned the house for 16 years and have done several renovations. There is parking and it is a short walk to the beach.
