Cozy 2 story, 3 BR, 1.5 bath house across from Gillham park and walking distance to Nelson Art Museum. Plaza just 1 mile away. 10 minutes to downtown. Laundry in basement and FYI no dishwasher.

Feeding and giving water to cat and dog daily (dog is fed twice a day). Walking dog twice a day for about 15-30 minutes. Cleaning litter boxes as necessary.
