By entering this contest, you (“your” or “Entrant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
About the CPO role (“contest”)
- The CPO role is not an offer of full-time employment. The CPO’s ‘assistant’ is also not an offer of full-time employment.
- Do not quit your job to enter this contest. Terminating your employment to enter this contest is not required or requested by TrustedHousesitters and will not improve your chances of winning the contest and becoming the CPO.
- The CPO will be paid £3,000 GBP (or the equivalent in your preferred currency) for flights, to be used with the six months role period.
- The CPO will also be paid £1,000 GBP (or the equivalent in your preferred currency) to aid them and their chosen ‘assistant’ with other travel expenses, such as board between house sits.
- The CPO will be provided with an iPhone and online training course up to the value of £1,000 GBP. The training course will be provided by an external training organisation of TrustedHousesitters’ choosing.
- The CPO must use their free TrustedHousesitters membership to arrange, confirm and carry out at least three house sits over the six-month role period (June-November 2020). All house sits must include at least one pet.
- The CPO and their ‘assistant’ must adhere to the member Code of Conduct and sitter guidelines.
- During the six months role period, the CPO must provide TrustedHousesitters with a minimum of 25 usable* pet pictures per house sit.
*The CPO will be provided a clear brief of what TrustedHousesitters constitutes as a ‘usable’ image.
Entry requirements
- No purchase or payment is required to enter or win this contest. A purchase or payment of any kind will not improve your chances of winning.
- Entry is open to both those with and without a TrustedHousesitters membership.
- The CPO must be available to go house sitting a minimum of three times during the six month role period (June-November 2020).
- Entry is only open to those aged 21 or over and with no criminal background.
- Entries and their chosen ‘assistant’ must be eligible and available to travel abroad from June 2020.
- The CPO must agree to any media appearances that may occur as a result of this contest.
- Your chosen ‘assistant’ must be aged over 21 and have no criminal background.
- The CPO’s assistant must agree to feature in photos with the pets.
Please note that entrants will be deemed void where prohibited.
How to enter
- Upload one post with three photos of pets on either Instagram or Facebook page.
- All three photos must include pets and have been taken on a mobile phone.
- Your Facebook or Instagram photos must be accompanied by the tag @TrustedHousesitters and the hashtag #xxxxx. It must also include a short caption explaining what the CPO role would mean to you.
- The closing date is 7 April 2020. Any entries made after this date will not be counted.
Please note that all pictures submitted to enter this contest must have the owner's permission to be used by TrustedHousesitters on its social media platforms, app, website, and marketing campaigns.
How the CPO will be selected
1. The CPO will be selected by members of the TrustedHousesitters team. They will be judging the quality and content of the photos submitted and whether the entrant’s motivation for entering matches the brand’s values and mission.
2. As the CPO will be given a TrustedHousesitters membership, the judging panel will also be looking for a CPO they believe will represent the brand well and make a successful house and pet sitter.
3. The chosen CPO will be selected and contacted via social media no later than 5 May 2020.
