The Basic membership
Our Basic membership offers great value and is perfect for sitter members wanting the freedom of unlimited worldwide sits for even less. Here’s what’s included:
- Unlimited sits around the world, caring for adorable pets in places you'll love.
- Daily alerts for 3 saved searches — save up to 3 searches and get daily email alerts when house sits we think you'll love become available.
- Free phone calls with vets — enjoy peace of mind while on a sit with free phone consultations with veterinary experts. Available 24/7, whenever you need it.
The Standard membership
Our most popular membership! Our Standard membership is ideal for sitters looking for a more tailored and bespoke membership. Here’s what’s included:
- Everything included in Basic, plus...
- Instant alerts for unlimited saved searches — never miss out on that perfect sit again! Save your searches and be notified via our app and daily email alerts when house sits matching your criteria become available.
- Accident & third party liability insurance — for extra peace of mind, if a pet causes damage or injury to another person, their property, or pets whilst under your control during a sit, and this is due to negligence on your part, then you will be covered by our sitter guarantee up to $1,000,000 per incident.
- Free video calls & online chat with vets — as well as free phone calls, enjoy extra peace of mind while on a sit with online chat and video consultations with veterinary experts. Available 24/7.
- Dedicated member support — from our award-winning Membership Services team.
The Premium membership
For just a small sum more, our Premium membership is perfect for sitters members looking to enjoy all of our member benefits and features, as well as some extra added perks! Here’s what’s included:
- Everything in our Standard and Basic membership, plus…
- Sit cancellation insurance — in the unlikely event of your owner cancelling, our guarantee provides up to $150 compensation per night to cover the cost of alternative accommodation, up to $1500 per sit. After all, it’s unlikely you’ll need it — but it’s there if you do.
- 2x global airport lounge passes — travel in style and claim two free lounge passes (worth $80 USD on average) for you and a friend. Choose from over 600 different lounges worldwide.
