Susan went above and beyond providing daily care for our cat. She visited her multiple times over the three days (even more than we requested), and sent us texts, photos and videos each time. She came up with clever and ingenious ways of keeping her stimulated and entertained, including creating a scavenger hunt for her with treats all over the place. She’s a true animal lover, and it shows in everything she does. She was also great to communicate with, always responding quickly and clearly. If we could give Susan 10 stars, we would.
