Charly and I met Diane through Trusted Housesitters in January 2019. Luckily she was available for another 4 more sits because Charly adored her. Diane is such a lovely, warm and kind person. She always gave Charly the best care; She was more like his second ‘hu-Mom’. I don’t even think he realized I was gone. Charly was a high-needs kitty. He had diabetes – requiring twice daily insulin shots, and IBD – requiring frequent clean-ups. He was also very clingy – requiring excessive snuggles. Diane supported all these needs, and I always came home to a healthy, happy kitty and a clean home. And she would always put me at ease by sending updates and some pictures to let me know he was okay. Diane is also very low-key – she is self-sufficient in the home, and spends a lot of time in the home keeping your pet happy and loved. Diane is very reliable. She is always on time and ensures her full availability before committing to dates. There was only one time she needed to cancel due to a very urgent family emergency, and she told me right away giving me time to find alternate arrangements. I highly recommend Diane as a very trustworthy and caring person for all your pet and housesitting needs. While our Charly has recently passed over the rainbow bridge, I continue to keep in touch and recommend Diane to other pet families. I would definitely trust her to care for any other pets we have in the future. Diane will always be welcome in our home as a trusted housesitter.
