We have known Michelle (and Adrian) for many years. They are diligent, professional and caring for anything, not just people and pets. Their cats are extremely happy with them, the house and guests. We have been (non immediate) neighbours for in excess of 15 years who regularly help others, are entirely trustworthy and I would have no problem recommending them wholeheartedly as reliable, honest people. We have a blind, diabetic dog with trust issues and insulin dependency. In case of needing any support, they would need minimal instruction to help out and I know that it would be done correctly.
