From the very beginning, their communication was excellent—they made sure to ask all the right questions about our pets’ routines, quirks, and needs, which gave us immediate confidence in their abilities. During the sit, they took amazing care of our two dogs and our cat. Both dogs require regular exercise, and Lara and Aileen kept them active and happy with their daily walks and playtime. They also managed our older cat’s medication schedule perfectly, which was so important to us. We received regular updates, including photos and messages, so we always knew our pets were in loving hands. When we returned home, our house was spotless—honestly, I think it was cleaner than when we left! The pets were calm, happy, and clearly well cared for, which made coming home even more relaxing. It was clear that Lara and Aileen treated our home and animals with the utmost respect and care. We highly recommend Lara and Aileen to anyone looking for trustworthy, kind, and experienced house sitters.
