Julia and Ignacio are absolutely wonderful, personable people with huge hearts! We could not have asked for better people to take care of our pets and look after our condo. They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond in every way imaginable. There was excellent communication throughout the entire 2 months that we were away - Julia always kept us updated and reassured us that everything was okay and that our two cats were in great hands. Our one cat needed some non-emergency medical attention while we were away, and Julia promptly scheduled an in-house veterinarian to come to our condo within hours and tend to our cat's needs. Amazing! We also left money aside to cover any expenses (utility bills, pet food, etc.) during their stay, and Julia and Ignacio took the time to keep track and document each and every expense for us which we thought was extremely considerate. Lastly, our return date had to be pushed back an extra week due to unexpected issues with our visas and Julia and Ignacio were more than willing to kindly stay the extra time to accommodate our needs and ensure that our cats were taken care of in the meantime. We were pleased to return to a spotless condo, and could see that they looked after our place like it was their own and are extremely neat, tidy, and respectful. Julia and Ignacio really set the bar high when it comes to housesitting and petsitting, and we are SO beyond grateful for their kindness, patience, honesty, and communication. We highly recommend that you choose Julia and Ignacio to look after your pets and/or home, because they will provide you with absolute peace of mind.
