As we head into the new year, I wanted to take some time to reconnect with you all, and to thank you for your incredible continued support. Particularly over the last year, it has been invaluable and I (and our Trusted Team) are extremely grateful to have such a wonderful community behind us. Helping and supporting you during these trying times continues to be our topmost priority, and our team have been working hard to continue these efforts throughout the pandemic — some of which I'd like to share with you today.
Firstly, I’d like to remind all of our members that we have lots of resources available to help keep you safe and informed during these times. As well as a comprehensive step-by-step cleaning guide, we hope that our guides and FAQ hub will help you to continue to conduct safe and responsible sits, where it is safe and permitted to do so.
Some of you will already know that over the last year, our team have been working hard to further improve your site and experience. In 2020, this included setting up saved searches and tailored alerts, as well as improvements to the sitter profile page and owner listings. We have lots more exciting improvements planned this year too, that we will be sharing with you soon.
While the past year has been a difficult one, with hope on the horizon and the news of global vaccine roll-outs, we are feeling optimistic that finally, an end to the crisis is in sight. As a global community, we truly cannot wait to begin connecting our members and facilitating worldwide connections once again.
In the meantime, I’d like to remind you of our Community Forum. In a time where it’s perhaps more important than ever to feel connected with one another, it’s a great place to meet like-minded people and we have some really insightful conversations happening at the moment that I’d love for you to be a part of.
Finally, from myself and all of Trusted Team, we hope that the new year proves to be a positive one for you, and until next time, I hope you and your loved ones continue to keep safe and well.
